TYMES Export Management, LLC is a USA-domiciled export management company. We connect American medical-device manufacturers with distributors and hospitals in Central and Eastern Europe. We are an intermediary. We do not manufacture medical devices. Regulatory responsibility for a device remains with its manufacturer.

These Terms apply only to use of this website, including forms, downloadable materials and any enquiry you submit through the site. They do not constitute a contract for sourcing, logistics, regulatory work or any other commercial service. Those engagements, if any, are set out in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Content on this website is provided for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, customs, tax or clinical advice, and it is not an offer to sell any medical device. Market descriptions, process overviews and indicative timelines are not contractual. Requirements vary by device, market and shipment and are confirmed in writing for each engagement.

Submitting a consultation form or other enquiry does not create a client relationship, a mandate or an obligation on us to take on the work. We may decline an enquiry. Personal information you send through the site is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

You may not:

Our total liability arising out of these Terms or the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such a limit is not permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website, except where a mandatory consumer venue rule requires otherwise.
