How we work

The same sequence every time
from both sides of the deal

Eight concrete stages: what TYMES does, what we need from you, and how long it typically takes. Timelines are indicative, not contractual.

Choose a viewpoint, then walk the sequence

The stages stay the same. The work on each side of the deal does not.

  1. 01

    Primary conversation and brief

    2–5 days

    TYMES does

Convert your need into a written specification: device class, markets, service model, volume and constraints.

    You provide

A short brief or call: device category, target markets, timeline.

  2. 02

    Counterparty search and diligence

    1–2 weeks

    TYMES does

Shortlist distributors or hospital groups; check registration status, references and financial standing.

    You provide

Confirm markets and any hard constraints (territory, price floor, service must-haves).

  3. 03

    Introduction, samples and commercial terms

    1–3 weeks

    TYMES does

Structured introductions, sample logistics where relevant, side-by-side commercial comparison.

    You provide

Sample approval criteria and commercial boundaries in writing.

  4. 04

    Contract, Incoterms and payment terms

    2–3 weeks

    TYMES does

Draft terms, Incoterms, payment security and warranty split so both parties can sign without a second negotiation round.

    You provide

Counsel review and signature authority on your side.

  5. 05

    Regulatory file and documentation

    3–8 weeksRegulator-dependent

    TYMES does

Dossier assembly with local agents where needed; HS classification; export paperwork; document ownership named.

    You provide

Manufacturer certificates and technical files as listed in the ownership matrix.

  6. 06

    Logistics, customs and payment security

    2–4 weeks

    TYMES does

Consolidation, freight, insurance, clearance pack for the broker; escrow or other security instruments when scoped.

    You provide

Receiving warehouse/hospital details and broker contacts.

  7. 07

    Delivery and acceptance

    1–2 weeksAfter arrival

    TYMES does

Delivery coordination, installation/training scheduling with the manufacturer where required.

    You provide

    Site readiness and acceptance sign-off.

  8. 08

    Warranty and ongoing work

    Ongoing

    TYMES does

Named escalation contact, spare-parts routing, written notes where engaged.

    You provide

Service tickets routed through the agreed channel.

Timelines are indicative, not contractual. Regulator-dependent stages are marked next to timing.

Indicative, not contractual

Document ownership and timelines are confirmed per transaction. Regulatory requirements change; we re-verify at the start of every engagement rather than reusing a previous file.
