For roughly fifteen years, the founding team worked medical distribution in Ukraine: hospitals, tenders, customs and the after-sales that follows a capital delivery. In 2025 that experience was incorporated in the United States as TYMES Export Management, LLC, to give global manufacturers and CEE buyers one accountable counterparty on both sides of the corridor.

Founder & CEO
Olena Kravchenko has extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare industries, with a focus on international business development, medical device distribution, regulatory affairs, and market development. Her experience includes Central and Eastern European markets as well as the U.S. medical device business environment, supported by a strong network of manufacturers, distributors, healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
Through TYMES Export Management, Olena combines her industry knowledge, international experience, and professional network to help medical device companies identify new opportunities, establish trusted partnerships, and expand into new markets.
Near-term priorities include deeper European representation and, over time, supporting distribution pathways into the United States. Those steps will be announced when they are operational, not as placeholders on this page.
